Standard support – within 48 hours.
Support tickets are chargeable at an hourly rate of £90 + VAT per hour. By ticking this box, you are accepting this hourly charge and agreeing to pay the final invoice once the project has been completed. Bug fixing and diagnosis will be capped at two hours maximum, with project estimates being given thereafter if additional time is needed. Smaller bugs and fixes that come under 1 hour will incur a minimum charge of £75 + VAT for each ticket. If your website has not been maintained in the past 6 months, you will incur a £350 + VAT charge for us to bring your website and plugins up to the current version before beginning any support tasks. In most cases, this may fix the issue but we will try to cover any minor bug fixes in the time it takes to carry your maintenance out. Standard Requests are dealt with within 48 hours.
Need urgent help or support?
Urgent requests can be handled and dealt with as required. This is chargeable at £180 + VAT per hour. I need urgent support and agree to the charges relating to this activity.
