Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated UX Designer & Startegist to join our team and spearhead the user experience design of our website and digital customer journeys.  

The ideal candidate will have 3 – 4 years’ practical agency experience in user experience design, UX strategy, customer journey mapping, persona creation and mapping, sitemap structure, workshop delivery, research surveys and web project input, and will have the ability to work both independently on projects as well as working within a team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded UX designer and researcher to work across a wide range of client websites, spanning B2C, B2B, corporate, ecommerce, web application, Laravel, WordPress and internal systems across industries whilst progressing their career in a growing, vibrant agency.

You’ll also work on UX for certain email projects, ensuring the perfect structure and content flow.

You will be responsible for the research, strategy and implementation of user experience within our web and digital projects of varying scale and sizes, showcasing solid understanding of the web process, SEO implications and long-term commercial uses, whilst working with our fully integrated teams collaboratively to ensure a successful web launch.

Key Skills

  • 4 years of experience as an UX Designer / researcher or similar role
  • A strategic thinker and natural problem solver
  • Well-rounded thinker, considering the impact of web on all elements of a customer journey, including all aspect of our full service offering
  • Adobe XD experience or similar packages
  • Understanding of development processes and integrations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

WordPress Developer

WordPress Developer

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated middleweight / senior WordPress developer to join our team to help with the many web builds and improvements we deliver for our wide and varying range of clients across the UK.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in delivering custom WordPress builds to exacting specifications, and will have the ability to work both independently on projects as well as working within a team.

You will be responsible for the front and back end elements of the build process, taking exported assets and XD designs from our design team and turning them into carefully crafted HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript. Each build is custom, unique and highly rewarding.

Key Skills

  • WordPress theme development (custom)
  • Strong proficiency with PHP, HTML5, MySQL, JavaScript and CSS3
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
  • A minimum of 3 years WordPress experience
  • Bug fixing and problem solving
