the laura crane trust
kids leaflet
The Brief - The main objective of the design brief from the Laura Crane Trust was to create a fresh new image for the charity which would appeal to their target market, primarily children aged between 7 and 11. It also needed major appeal from passers by due to the leaflets being distributed through Yorkshire Building Society branches throughout the UK in the same way as the teen brochures.
The Pitch - Cornerstone developed the fresh white cover, which was then followed by bright, vibrant panels of colour on the following pages. The copy was then presented in a fun and easy to read format which relied heavily on imagery to capture the targets' attention and make them read on.
Delivery - The concept was developed into the leaflet shown above, which was then printed and distributed nationwide through Yorkshire Building Society branches and also to many schools and trust supporters.
Outcome - The Laura Crane Trust were delighted with the outcome of the literature printed by Cornerstone and have so far been deemded as a success in updating the trust's image and appeal to their target market.
