Rosa Homes - Press Adverts
The Brief - Rosa Homes met with Cornerstone in December 2007. The brief was to create a template for a press advert that would be both appealing to the eye, but also which would create an easily recognisable image that could be established over the next year's campaign. This would therefore generate a brand identity for the company's press activity and help add perceived value to potential buyers.
The Pitch - Cornerstone developed five possible ideas from which Rosa could choose. All incorporated the prominent Rosa logo, with use of imagery and typography that would be appealing to the eye.
Delivery - The chosen concept was developed into the adverts seen right. These have now been used since the start of 2008 and will continue to be developed through the coming year.
Outcome - The final adverts were well received by both the clients and the public. Minor amends were made in order to perfect the adverts performance, which has further strengthened the brand, and the ad.
